Meet Our Middle School Staff

Mr. Don DeLair/Headmaster

I have been in private school administration since 1988 and have served as the Founding Headmaster here at King’s Schools since 1994. King’s represents my God-given childhood dream of starting a Christian school that would… serve as a standard for EXCELLENCE…live out a belief that every child deserves the OPPORTUNITY for a quality education…bring a life-changing message of HOPE to the families we serve. Thanks be to God, I am passionately living out that dream every day.

Mr. Hunter Yarnell/PE Teacher

Started at King’s in 2019. Hello, I am Mr. Yarnell! I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area before pursuing my degree at California Baptist University, where I received a B.A. in History with minors in Christian Studies and Humanities. Along the way, I took part in many athletic activities both competitive and recreational. At college, I also met my amazing wife who grew up here, and is now working with the King’s Schools Preschool team. Although this is my first year in a classroom, I have spent much time volunteering as a coach and Sunday school teacher. I feel truly blessed to start teaching at such an excellent school.
